About the Role
At Coforge, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support several squads (3-4 teams) within the Payments domain.
Oversee vacation planning, ensuring each tech stack always has at least one active resource.
Support team leads in resource planning and internal coordination.
Requirements Analysis & Delivery Support Work closely with Tech Leads and POs to analyze, clarify, and refine requirements before development.
Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for the engineering teams.
Review functional documentation and ensure it is correctly interpreted.
