We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales & Service Team Manager (m/f/d) to lead our SAP Sales and Service capabilities across implementation and operations, based in our IT Shared Service Centre in Madrid.

In this role, you will lead the teams responsible for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Service solutions. You will ensure successful delivery across global S/4HANA rollout waves while establishing sustainable application support and maintenance capabilities as our transformation progresses.

You will be responsible for building and developing a team of SAP functional consultants, overseeing solution delivery from fit-to-template through go-live, and ensuring effective Level 2 and Level 3 support following implementation. Working closely with Solution Architects, Business Process Owners, other SAP teams, and Application Management Services, you will drive solution quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead a global SAP Sales & Service team, combining people leadership, transformation delivery, and long-term application management within Liebherr's international IT organization.

The working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site on a weekly basis.

Lead SAP Sales & Service delivery and application management across Sales & Distribution (SD) and Service processes, ensuring alignment with Liebherr's global S/4HANA template. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of SAP functional consultants, ensuring effective resource allocation, delivery quality, knowledge sharing, and professional development. Oversee fit-to-template activities, solution configuration, and implementation, ensuring business requirements are addressed within general template standards. Ensure quality across system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution, maintaining end-to-end process integrity.
