Reporting to the Finance Director, you are an essential co-pilot to business leaders, translating commercial ambitions and marketing strategies into sustainable, profitable growth.
Act as a trusted finance business partner, steering budgets, rolling monthly forecasts, and long-term trend plans across brand and channel P&Ls.;
Co-pilot strategic decision-making through proactive data analysis, scenario planning, and regular tracking of key performance indicators.
Maximise return on investment (ROI) by evaluating resource allocation across advertising and promotion (A&P;), retail activations, and commercial joint plans.
Protect business value by identifying financial risks, building contingency plans, and ensuring adherence to Group Internal Control standards and approval workflows.
You bring analytical rigor, commercial curiosity, and the confidence to partner with diverse stakeholders to challenge assumptions constructively.




Finance Experience: Prior professional experience in corporate finance, brand controlling, or commercial financial analysis in multinationals, with demonstrated mastery of P&L; management, budgeting cycles, and forecasting.
Analytical Rigour: High capability in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and evaluating ROI across varied commercial and marketing initiatives.
Process Simplification: Ability to standardise financial tools, eliminate operational complexity, and lead transversal projects.
Professional working proficiency in English, comfortable presenting insights and steering discussions in international environments.
