About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Ingeniero de Producción Field to join their operational team based in Mérida, Yucatán .
This hands-on role is critical for overseeing and optimizing the daily production activities of oil and gas wells.
This is an excellent opportunity for a field-oriented engineer to apply their technical expertise in a dynamic operational environment within the hidrocarburos sector.

Key Responsibilities
Supervising and managing daily oil and gas production operations at the field level.
Monitoring well performance, equipment status, and production rates.
Implementing artificial lift techniques and optimizing their performance.
Collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborating with reservoir engineers and geologists on production optimization strategies.
Managing field personnel and contractors effectively.
Preparing daily and weekly production reports.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in oil and gas production operations, with a strong emphasis on field work.
Hands-on experience with various production equipment and artificial lift systems (e.g., Good understanding of reservoir principles and well performance analysis.
Proficiency in production reporting software and MS Office suite.
