We are currently recruiting for the Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for a Tech Leader position in Greece. Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex telecommunications services and equipment
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a premium service experience at every touchpoint




Educate customers on the latest telecommunications product offerings and digital infrastructure solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our advanced CRM systems
Contribute to the continuous improvement of telecommunications service delivery standards through feedback and insight
Maintain a deep understanding of evolving telecommunications industry trends and service protocols
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece
A passion for telecommunications technology and excellent digital literacy
