Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Change & Training / Site Adoption Specialist to drive organizational change management, user training, and adoption activities within a complex SAP transformation environment. The role focuses on preparing business users for new systems, processes, and ways of working by developing effective change management strategies, training programs, and site readiness initiatives. Working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, functional teams, and local site representatives, the specialist ensures successful solution adoption, smooth transitions, and sustainable business outcomes across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute change management and training strategies to support SAP implementation, transformation, and rollout initiatives.
- Lead organizational change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and site readiness evaluations.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, including instructor-led sessions, virtual training, workshops, and digital learning materials.
