Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support to customers regarding Fitbit wearable devices and integrated wellness software.
Champion the Fitness & Wellness industry by assisting users in optimizing their fitness tracking and health monitoring experience.
Resolve troubleshooting queries via phone, email, and live chat with precision and a customer-centric approach.
Educate users on the latest fitness features, goal setting, and data synchronization to ensure brand loyalty.




Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions while adhering to quality and data privacy standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex hardware or software challenges within the fitness ecosystem.

Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
