Capitole continues to grow—and we want you to be part of the journey! We are looking for a Data Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our amazing team.

Задачи

- Transform data into actionable recommendations based on financial or sales reporting and analytics
- Prepare and evaluate forecasts, and track and communicate KPIs
- Visualize data and create reports using BI tools and advanced Excel
- Gather requirements and liaise with stakeholders
- Communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Carry out comparative analyses to identify which sales strategies or commercial actions work best and why (impact analysis, A/B comparisons, before/after, etc.)

Требования

- Analytical profile with experience in financial or sales reporting and analytics (Data Analyst / Business Analyst / FP&A; / Analytics)
- Good knowledge of SQL and understanding of ETL processes and data modeling
- Experience gathering requirements, liaising with stakeholders, and communicating results
- SQL (complex queries and optimization)
- Data visualization and reporting using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and advanced Excel
- Experience preparing and evaluating forecasts, and tracking and communicating KPIs
- Curiosity and initiative: questioning data, identifying patterns, and proposing analyses independently
- Ability to transform data into actionable recommendations
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Будет плюсом: Python (Pandas) for data analysis and automation; Experience in statistics and Data Science; Version control with Git; Knowledge of cloud; Knowledge of the airline industry; Experience in Controlling, Finance, Commercial, or Sales, where data analysis has a direct impact on decision-making; Ability to carry out comparative analyses (impact analysis, A/B comparisons, before/after, etc.)
