We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for our Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria, based in the heart of Sofia. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients across multiple communication channels within the Customer Support Services sector

Cultivate positive relationships with international customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty

Requirements
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Professional proficiency in English to work within our international environment
Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry or a fast-paced BPO environment is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Valid EU passport (or eligibility to work in Bulgaria) is required
