Your job is to show what that means in practice and get the right people excited about building with Permut. The roleThis is a hands-on product marketing role focused on content. You’ll get deep into the product, build AI agents and workflows, explore new capabilities and turn what you discover into compelling demos, videos, tutorials and customer stories. You’ll own the process from finding a relevant use case to building it, telling the story, distributing it and understanding what worked. The goal is to help brands see how Permut can improve their customer experience, reduce support costs and drive more sales. What you’ll own
• Build things worth showing. Create AI agents, demos and workflows that bring real customer use cases to life, from resolving support requests to recommending products and qualifying sales opportunities.
• Turn product capabilities into great content. Produce product videos, walkthroughs, tutorials, social posts, launch content and sales materials.
• Bring new features to market. Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand what’s shipping, test it yourself and find the clearest way to demonstrate its value.
• Tell customer stories. Talk to customers and work with Customer Success to uncover useful workflows, measurable results and lessons other brands can learn from.
• Make the messaging sharper. Explain why a capability matters to a founder, ecommerce director or customer experience leader, using language that reflects their priorities.
• Own distribution and experimentation. Test formats and channels across LinkedIn, our website, email and partner communities. Learn what creates qualified interest and helps customers adopt the product. You might be a fit if

• You make things and share them. You have demos, videos, writing, projects or campaigns you can show us.
• You can learn a product quickly, explore its capabilities and build a convincing demonstration yourself.
• You make complex features easy to understand and connect them to a real business outcome.
• You’re comfortable writing copy, recording walkthroughs and editing product videos.
• You care about how content performs and use feedback and data to improve it.
• You write excellent English. Spanish is a strong plus. Experience with B2B SaaS, ecommerce, customer experience or AI products is valuable. We’re especially interested in evidence of what you’ve built and how you communicate. How we work
