At Boomerang Talent, we are looking for a CFO for a consumer health pharmaceutical company based in Barcelona, in a period of growth and professionalization. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and be part of the management committee. We are not looking for a controller. We are looking for someone who understands the business model, turns numbers into decisions, and speaks the CEO’s language: where to win, where to save, and what risks are coming before they arrive.

Задачи:

- Design and lead financial reporting: P&L;, margins, cash flow, and forecast.
- Analyze profitability by product, channel, and market, and propose margin improvements and savings.
- Provide financial insight for investment, hiring, and expansion decisions.
- Define the treasury strategy and manage relationships with financial institutions.
- Oversee accounting, closings, and tax obligations.
- Control supply chain and logistics costs together with Operations.
- Lead and develop the finance team, and structure the department so it operates autonomously.

Требования:

- Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a similar field.
- At least 8 years of experience in finance, including 3 or more as a CFO, Finance Director, or Finance Manager with overall responsibility for the department.
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, or fast-moving consumer goods, sectors where product, channel, and margin are key levers.
- Strong command of accounting (Spanish General Accounting Plan), closings, consolidation, and taxation (corporate income tax, VAT, and coordination with external advisors).
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management control, and profitability analysis by product and channel.
- Experience leading finance teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and an ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, or similar).
- Advanced English (B2/C1) for working with partners and in international environments.
- You are proactive and autonomous: you generate analyses and proposals without being asked.
- You can summarize the financial situation and present it clearly, with a focus on decision-making.
