Your mission will be to design, define and guide the implementation of SAP Transportation Management solutions , ensuring that complex logistics and transportation requirements are translated into effective,

You’ll act as a key connection between business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams and solution architecture , taking ownership of requirements analysis, process design, functional specifications and solution alignment. The objective is to deliver end-to-end SAP TM solutions covering transportation planning, optimization, freight settlement, upstream integrations and ocean transportation, while identifying opportunities for process improvement, custom development and third-party integration. What your day-to-day will look like in this project ▫️ Design and define custom SAP TM business processes , adapting standard capabilities to specific operational needs. ▫️ Contribute to SAP TM solution architecture , defining functional approaches and integration requirements from the client's perspective. ▫️ Work across key SAP TM subprocesses, including Planning & Optimization, Charges & Settlements, upstream payload processing and Ocean transportation . ▫️ Guide and coordinate functional and technical SAP consultants throughout solution design, development and implementation. ▫️ Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and integration solutions when standard SAP capabilities do not fully address business requirements. ▫️ Collaborate with solution architects,



ABAP developers and business stakeholders to ensure that functional designs are technically feasible and aligned with project objectives. ▫️ Contribute to resolving complex functional and techno-functional issues across the SAP TM landscape . You’ll feel comfortable here if you bring at least 5 years of SAP experience , including a minimum of 3 years working with SAP Transportation Management (TM) in a strong functional or techno-functional consulting capacity. You should have solid knowledge of the main SAP TM subprocesses , particularly Planning & Optimization, Charges & Settlements, upstream payload integrations and Ocean transportation . You’ll also need the confidence to guide functional and technical consultants , evaluate alternative approaches and recommend suitable third-party tools when custom processes or integrations are required. Working in complex logistics or transportation-intensive SAP environments . Exposure to SAP S/4HANA on-premise landscapes . Understanding of end-to-end transportation lifecycle and order-to-cash processes . Technical awareness of SAP ABAP on HANA, SAP RAP, CDS Views, SAP Fiori In-App Extensibility and SAP TM PPF . Familiarity with SAP BRIM, SAP BTP APIs and integration scenarios . Knowledge of debugging and performance optimization in HANA-based environments. These technical capabilities are valuable, but hands-on ABAP development is not a mandatory requirement .
