ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions. MUST HAVES
* 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
* Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).
* Organized, proactive and able to work independently. NICE TO HAVES
* Experience working with IT companies.
* Experience with international or cross-border legal matters. WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
* Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and other agreements with vendors.
* Draft and maintain contract templates.
* Support compliance work across the jurisdictions where we operate.
* Advise internal teams (sales, HR, finance, delivery) on legal questions.
