We are looking for a senior business developer with energy, drive and the ability to build and motivate a large (sometimes indirect) group of salespeople. Our client is a integral service provider business who has wide and varied operations and a variety of service offers ranging across Contract Catering and Facilities Management. You will have extensive experience with all elements of the bid & tender process and a keen understanding of how to build those key client relationships. You will have experience and a genuine passion for Contract Catering and/or facilities Management, this is an absolute must for the right candidate. The Candidate:
* You will be able to demonstrate leadership and success.
* You will come from a business development background within Contract Catering and/or Facilities Management, with experience of large tenders.
* Proven seller with retention and development experience.
* Managed large teams to success.
* Ambitious and hungry to succeed.
* Must work well under pressure, be extremely organised and willing to go the extra mile.
