Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Drive best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.




- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for new and existing projects.

Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or mentoring role.
- Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
