Celebrate the essence of Mallorca through bespoke experiences, dynamic culinary journeys, and rejuvenating wellness - each designed to immerse you in the island's vibrant atmosphere and extraordinary offerings.About the jobBased at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca as the minibar Attendant you will be responsible for maintaining the in-room mini bars to the highest standards.As Minibar Attendant, you will beresponsiblefor the following duties:Restock daily all mini bar items inside the guest roomsDeliver requested items to the guest within the quoted timeAssist guest courteously and efficiently, provide service to accommodate any guest requestsEnsure that all glassware is in excellent conditionAssist with proper ordering and storing of all incoming food and beverages productsEnsure the mini bar is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to guestsTrack guest consumption accurately for billing purposesMonitor product quality, check expiration dates, and remove expired itemsAssist with daily set-up of the In-Room Dining departmentUtilize POS systemAdhere to opening and closing duties and side work sheetAttend daily communication meeting and monthly department meetingOther duties as assigned by managementAs Mini Bar Attendant, weexpect from you:Experience and educationAt least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.Proficiency in both Spanish and EnglishExperience in luxury hospitality is a plus.Technical SkillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic operationAbility to walk and stand for the majority of shiftOur commitment to youLearning & Development.
