R0001346 Junior Accounting and reporting Specialist (Open) Job Description Summary Vector Renewables is looking for a junior accounting and reporting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative, financial and accountancy of the companies under management. Job Description Act as the main point of reference for specific clients under management, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis; PrepareVAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis; Prepareotherapplicable taxes (exempt of CIT); Issue and register invoices and receipts; Prepareand submit applicable taxes; Register banks movements (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments, etc.); Prepareand submit financial reporting to the client including main KPIs; Controlloan repayment deadlines; Bank reconciliations; Accrue project incomes; Accrue main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M,



etc.; Manage documentation (physical and digital archive); Prepareand deposit Annual Accounts and official books; Key Requirements Accounting, financial and tax knowledge of small and medium companies; 2-3 years of experience; D365 knowledge is a plus; Qualified with experience in accounting for renewable assets is a plus; Good communication skills; Abilityto meet deadlines under pressure scenarios; Strong aptitude for math and attention to detail; Abilityto organize work independently and as part of a team; Englishfluent; Italianis a plus; Studies Economics Degree or Business Administration.
