Axalta is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Representative for the Benelux Market at our Asturias, Spain facility.
You will manage Netherlands accounts, monitor order status, inform customers of delays, process orders end-to-end, and ensure data accuracy in SAP and Salesforce.
The role requires a proactive, independent problem-solver who can collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs such as OTIF and order accuracy.
You will also support master data updates and credit-related tasks.
