Drive innovation with a proactive mindsetWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid -Serrano 99Responsibilities:Your role as a Associate Director will involve:- Responsible for reaching economic objectives of each program and ensuring the recruitmentof high caliber domestic and international students.- Product management,



development and strategy for Top Management Programs; definingmarketing and sales strategies for the programs.- Manage, analyze and report sales results proposing next objectives andcommercial/marketing actions.- Pipeline management of potential candidates using CRM tools- Events planning design ensuring constant lead growth and engagement from potentialcandidates and admitted students.- Stakeholder management and cross-departmental (International Development, Marketing,Academic) relationship management to enhance client experience and ensure evolution ofteam reputation and profile across IE.- Manage relations with partner schools.- Support design of marketing plan and development of new commercial initiatives andchannels to promote Top Management Programs.- Market research and pricing analysis; reporting and data analysis.- Management and development of one or more admissions assistants.Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- Master’s degree- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and oral) at a native/fluent level.- Outstanding communication skills, strong team-work capability and a positive customer-oriented style- Professional experience in sales and client service highly preferred- Ability to manage resources effectively and efficiently- Strong coordination and organizational skills- Team player and project-management capabilitiesUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
