Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia / Remote with travelInternational candidates welcomeSports Events experience is ESSENTIAL!KTS Group is recruiting an experienced Senior Masterplan Director for a major international events programme in Saudi Arabia.This is an exciting opportunity for a professional from the Sports Events sector to lead large-scale event masterplanning, overseeing complex venue layouts, infrastructure planning and visitor experiences.Lead a large multidisciplinary masterplanning team, ensuring successful delivery across multiple venues.Develop strategic masterplans, venue layouts, zoning and visitor journeys.Translate event strategies into practical implementation plans.Coordinate stakeholders across event operations, marketing, sponsorship and production.Oversee feasibility assessments, resource allocation and delivery timelines.What We're Looking For: Mandatory experience within the Sports Events sector, ideally major international sporting events, tournaments or multi-venue competitions.Minimum 12 years of relevant event masterplanning experience.Experience delivering at least two complete mega-event or multi-venue event cycles.Proven experience leading embedded or client-side delivery teams.Hands-on experience personally producing masterplans and detailed layouts.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Professional English required; Arabic is an advantage.Experience delivering major international sporting events, complex competition venues or large-scale multi-venue sports programmes will be particularly valuable.Riyadh-based opportunities with relocation support.Remote working option with travel to Saudi Arabia as required.Candidates available to mobilise quickly are encouraged to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
