Задачи:

- Turn business pain into AI agent use cases for mid-market and enterprise accounts in Spain and Europe.
- Lead technical demos, workshops and POCs.
- Build proposals and SOWs, negotiate and close.
- Multi-thread deals across business, IT, security and procurement.
- Work SDR pipeline and generate your own.
- Keep the CRM and forecast clean.

Требования:

- Close. Your number doesn't negotiate. Own the full cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, contract, expansion.
- Speak tech fluently with CIOs and IT teams, no sales engineer needed.
- Be resourceful.
- Blocked? You've already found another door.
- Raise the bar and work side by side with the CEO on go-to-market.
- 4+ years closing B2B tech deals (SaaS, data, cloud or AI), quota beaten.
- Technical sales background: platforms, integrations, ERPs, APIs.
- Complex deals with multiple stakeholders and 2 to 6 month cycles.
- Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English.
