Descripción The Computational Cancer Genomics Lab investigates condition-specific mechanisms of tumor progression through the analysis of large-scale cancer genomics data.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Bioinformatician to join our team.
In this role, you will analyze large-scale multi-omics and cancer genomic datasets.
Our ultimate goal is to unravel how cancer driver genes—with a primary focus on p53 mutations—alter their mode of action depending on specific mutational contexts, paving the way for improved precision cancer therapies.
