Описание:

One of the fastest-growing AI companies building from Barcelona. They deploy AI agents that take over complex operational work for large enterprises: work that today still takes armies of people, in an industry where it represents a massive share of total costs. Series A, backed by some of the best investors in the US. Enterprise clients already in production, a product that works, and a team that’s scaling fast. The kind of company where the next two years will look very different from the last two.

Задачи:

- Own a portfolio of 2–3 enterprise accounts as their trusted AI partner
- Map their operations, find where AI creates the most value, and turn that into a deployment plan
- Build, configure and launch AI agents hands-on, then iterate on them until they perform
- Track and present agent performance to client leadership
- Work in small, autonomous pods alongside engineers, with direct access to the founders

Требования:

- You’ve sat in front of senior clients and earned their trust, in strategy consulting (top-tier firms especially), in a startup, or both
- You build. You’ve shipped something real with AI, automation or data, not just recommended it
- Structured thinking: you can take a messy operational problem and make it simple
- You’ve ridden the AI wave hands-on and want to be at the center of it, not watching from a slide deck
- Fluent English; you’ll work with international clients and a US-based team
- Junior and senior profiles welcome; seniors lead pods and mentor

Условия:

- The rare seat where consulting skills and building skills both matter every day
- Real impact: your work is live with enterprise clients from week one
- A steep learning curve in one of the fastest-moving companies in AI
- Clear path to leading your own pod
- Ambitious, high-caliber team; demanding pace, real ownership
- Barcelona, office-first (3 days on-site) Relocation welcome
- Competitive package: salary + variable
