Описание:At Boomerang Talent, we are looking for a CFO for a consumer health pharmaceutical company based in Barcelona, in a period of growth and professionalization. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and be part of the management committee. We are not looking for a controller. We are looking for someone who understands the business model, turns numbers into decisions, and speaks the CEO’s language: where to win, where to save, and what risks are coming before they arrive.Задачи:Design and lead financial reporting: P&L;, margins, cash flow, and forecast.
Analyze profitability by product, channel, and market, and propose margin improvements and savings.
Provide financial insight for investment, hiring, and expansion decisions.
Define the treasury strategy and manage relationships with financial institutions.
Oversee accounting, closings, and tax obligations.
Control supply chain and logistics costs together with Operations.
Lead and develop the finance team, and structure the department so it operates autonomously.Требования:Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a similar field.
At least 8 years of experience in finance, including 3 or more as a CFO, Finance Director, or Finance Manager with overall responsibility for the department.
Experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, or fast-moving consumer goods, sectors where product, channel, and margin are key levers.
Strong command of accounting (Spanish General Accounting Plan), closings, consolidation, and taxation (corporate income tax, VAT, and coordination with external advisors).
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management control, and profitability analysis by product and channel.
Experience leading finance teams.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and an ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, or similar).
Advanced English (B2/C1) for working with partners and in international environments.
You are proactive and autonomous: you generate analyses and proposals without being asked.
