About the role
As a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
This is a high-growth, high-impact role for a driven, initiative-taking consultant. You will advise clients on designing and implementing solutions that transform their business areas through automation and advanced AI, working with senior stakeholders at multi-billion revenue companies. You will lead the full project lifecycle
- from strategic requirements and detailed process mapping to delivery governance and organizational change management. You will be the bridge between the client's strategic vision and the technical delivery team, making sure complex Intelligent Automation and AI solutions turn into measurable business value.

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end Business Analysis lifecycle
- requirements definition, AS-IS/TO-BE process modelling, gap analysis and documentation for automation solutionsOwn the full project management lifecycle for a portfolio of transformation initiatives project charters, scope, schedule, budget, risks and cross-functional teamsDesign and facilitate executive-level workshops to align on project scope and strategic objectivesLead stakeholder communication across all project phases, manage expectations and secure organizational buy-inAct as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, build business cases, define success metrics and lead programme governance to deliver the expected ROIWork closely with automation developers and business SMEs, leading QA planning and traceability from business requirement to deployed solutionMentor and coach junior consultants on requirements gathering, process modelling and delivery methodologiesContribute to the growth of the Ciklum IA practice
