About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Controller to join our Group Management Control team, working at Corporate level and reporting to the Head of Group Controlling.
In this role, you will act as a senior Finance Business Partner for assigned countries and corporate functions, independently managing complex country scopes and supporting financial and operational decision-making through planning, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering.
Your Impact
This is an opportunity to take a key Finance Business Partnering role between Group and our countries, working closely with Country CFOs, Finance leaders and senior business stakeholders while developing a deep understanding of the businesses you support.
Beyond analysing financial performance, you will be expected to challenge assumptions, anticipate risks and opportunities, and turn complex financial analysis into clear recommendations and actions. You will also contribute to the evolution of the Group Controlling model and help strengthen the way we partner with our countries.
You will

- Coordinate Budget and Forecast inputs for the assigned scope in line with Group Controlling methodologies, independently challenging country assumptions and underlying drivers and supporting the Head of Group Controlling in their validation and defence through the relevant governance process.
- Analyse Presente versus Budget, Forecast and prior-year performance, including trends and run rates; translate material deviations into root causes, risks and opportunities, recommended actions, agreed owners and follow-up actions.
- Build trusted relationships with Country CFOs, Finance leaders and business stakeholders, acting as the main Group Controlling counterpart for the assigned countries and providing independent challenge and decision support.
- Participate in local Finance meetings, performance reviews and planning forums, with regular travel aligned with business needs.
- Support countries and corporate functions with financial analyses related to business initiatives, efficiency programmes and business cases, as required.
- Maintain a forward-looking view of risks and opportunities; independently develop financial models, scenario and sensitivity analyses to anticipate full-year impacts and translate them into decision-oriented insights and recommendations.
- Analyse EBITDA, Capex, RLFCF, working capital and other relevant financial and operational KPIs, connecting performance with commercial, operational and investment decisions.
- Prepare clear, timely performance analyses and decision-support materials for management and governance forums, coordinating with Reporting teams to ensure consistency of financial information.
- Drive the follow-up of agreed corrective actions and milestones with local teams, ensuring accountability, timely execution and improvements in forecast accuracy and business performance.
- Actively contribute to the design and evolution of the Group Controlling model, supporting the Head of Group Controlling in establishing standards, introducing improved ways of working and strengthening country controlling and Finance Business Partnering.
