About the Job We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer & Consultant to join Mavence's growing enterprise Salesforce practice. In this role, you'll shape and deliver Salesforce solutions for complex organizations, turning business needs into scalable, well-built platforms. This is a senior individual contributor role that combines technical architecture, hands-on development, functional consulting and delivery leadership. You'll influence solution architecture and guide delivery teams while staying close to the code. You'll write Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), configure the platform and review your team's work. You'll work in complex enterprise environments that involve assets and equipment, regulated operations, supply chains, and dealer or distributor networks. Many of these projects connect Salesforce to SAP and other ERP or manufacturing execution system (MES) platforms. You'll partner directly with client stakeholders throughout each engagement. You'll own the solution lifecycle from discovery and blueprinting through configuration, development, integrations, testing, go-live and stabilization. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead discovery workshops and blueprinting sessions, and produce functional specifications, data models, process flows and solution design documents. Build custom functionality with Apex, LWC, Aura and, where required, Visualforce. Write clean, tested code that respects governor limits. Configure Flows, automation, validation rules, approval processes, objects, page layouts and permissions. Deliver industry solutions for dealer and distributor networks, asset and equipment management, compliance, field service and CPQ. Design and implement two-way integrations with enterprise systems, write interface specifications and run integration testing. Plan and run data migration, including mappings, transformation logic and data quality checks. Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and support clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Communicate with client stakeholders, manage scope, raise risks early and escalate issues when needed. Mentor team members, run code reviews and uphold delivery standards. Support hypercare and stabilization after go-live, and keep optimizing the solution. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and functional consulting experience. End-to-end implementation experience in at least two of these industries: Manufacturing, Chemical, Automotive or Energy. Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce architecture, security and governor limits. Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD and Git. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. A proven track record of integrating Salesforce with SAP or other enterprise ERP or MES platforms. Experience with blueprinting and with writing functional and technical specifications. An understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, asset lifecycle, dealer and distributor management, health, safety and environment (HSE) compliance, and field service processes. Strong communication skills for working with senior client stakeholders. Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications. Based in Latin America, and versátil enough to align with client time zones in North America or Europe. SALESFORCE & INTEGRATION EXPERIENCE You'll need deep, hands-on expertise in both custom development and declarative configuration, plus practical experience connecting Salesforce to the enterprise systems behind core operations. We expect you to design integrations, not just consume them. Salesforce custom development and declarative configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ. Enterprise integration patterns using REST/SOAP, Platform Events and Change Data Capture. Salesforce integrations with SAP, Oracle and other ERP, MES and enterprise systems. Middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica or equivalent tools. Data migration, testing and deployment practices. Experience with Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud or Energy & Utilities Cloud is a strong advantage but not required.
