About the opportunity Lead business transformation projects that turn Microsoft Dynamics 365 into effective day-to-day operations. SourcAI is building its network of Dynamics Project Managers for remote opportunities with teams based in Madrid, Spain. What you could work on
• Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets and resource coordination for Dynamics implementation, upgrade or rollout projects.
• Align business sponsors, process owners, functional consultants, developers and external partners on scope and success criteria.
• Manage requirements, risks, issues and change requests, providing clear reporting and timely decisions.
• Coordinate integrations, data migration, testing and user acceptance activities across workstreams.
• Plan cutover, go-live readiness, training and adoption, then organise the handover and early-life support.
• Adapt Agile, hybrid or structured delivery methods to the project while maintaining clear governance and accountability. Dynamics focus We welcome delivery experience in one or more Dynamics 365 areas, such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Central, Sales or Customer Service. Power Platform and integration experience are valuable. You do not need to be an expert developer or have delivered every Dynamics product. Remote collaboration Target

- Ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies and delivery risks across multiple workstreams.
- Experience coordinating data migration, integrations, user acceptance testing, cutover and go-live support.
- Confident stakeholder communication, decision-making and collaboration with implementation partners.
- Clear written and spoken English and effective leadership of distributed teams working with stakeholders in Madrid.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or relevant Microsoft certifications are an advantage; delivery experience remains central.
- Specify your Dynamics product specialisms in your CV. Power Platform and change-management experience are welcome.
