- Advise local and international clients on tailored insurance solutions.
- Generate and manage new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with professionalism and care.
- Work within a truly multicultural and international team. What we are looking for
- Languages: German (mandatory), English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills, dynamism, and commercial mindset.
- Results-oriented with the ability to build trust and inspire confidence.
- Previous experience in insurance or sales is a plus, but not a requirement — we value motivation, learning attitud, and genuine care for clients.

What we offer

- Permanent contract.
- Fixed salary + attractive commissions.
- Summer schedule (July 1st – September 15th): 8:00 – 15:00.
- Winter schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 17:00; Friday 8:30 – 15:00.
