Hiring: Project Manager – Service Transition

Location:
Barcelona (Hospitalet – Fira Europa Area) Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week) Candidate must be based in Spain, No Sponsorship Available Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the onboarding of new service contracts into the organization. The role involves coordinating service transition activities, stakeholder management, process optimization, reporting, and vendor coordination to ensure a smooth integration of services, tools, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Manage and track project and service transition activities.
- Develop and execute communication plans.
- Prepare project and service reports.
- Drive process improvement initiatives.




- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Required Skills & Experience
- Experience managing projects and/or service delivery.
- Experience working directly with clients and suppliers.
- Experience with ticketing tools, preferably BMC Remedy .
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills. Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Generative AI . Required Certifications
- Valid ITIL certification.
- At least one of the following:
- Agile / Scrum
- PMP
- PRINCE2
- Catalan Language Certification (C1 Level) . Preferred Certifications
- SIAM
- BMC Remedy
