About the role
We are looking for a Junior TMS Consultant to join our growing TMS team. You will work alongside experienced consultants and customers to understand transportation processes and business requirements, supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Blue Yonder TMS solutions. The role offers the opportunity to develop both functional TMS knowledge and consulting skills, participating in different phases of implementation projects, from requirements analysis and configuration to testing, training and go-live support. You will work closely with Senior Consultants, Solution Architects, technical and integration teams, progressively gaining autonomy and responsibility throughout your career. What you’ll do
- Support business process analysis and requirements gathering to understand customer needs.
- Participate in customer meetings and workshops together with Senior Consultants.
- Support the configuration, testing and validation of Blue Yonder TMS solutions.
- Help prepare functional documentation, test cases and training materials.
- Support testing, issue analysis and troubleshooting during projects.
- Work closely with Senior Consultants and technical teams to deliver successful solutions.




- Support go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Gradually develop the knowledge and autonomy needed to take on more responsibilities.
- Continuously learn about TMS, transportation processes, logistics and supply chain. What we’re looking for TMS & Industry Experience
- Degree or equivalent education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
- Initial experience or strong interest in Transportation Management, Logistics or Supply Chain .
- Previous experience in consulting, supply chain, logistics operations or customer-facing roles is valued.
- Experience working with ERP systems or other business software will be considered a plus. Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel , including data cleansing, filtering, pivot tables and data analysis.
- Ability and willingness to learn and use SQL for basic data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Interest in technology and the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly. Consulting & Soft Skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with more experienced consultants.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally .
- Ability to organize tasks and manage priorities in an international and fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in an environment where responsibilities and autonomy progressively increase. Languages
- Fluent in English and Spanish is required
- Other languages will be a plus.
