Duties Under the supervision of the waiter or experienced head waiter, we are looking for people with vocation to work as ASSISTANT WAITER:
- Responsible for the reception of goods and equipment for the dining room.
- Organisation and tidiness in fridges and storerooms.
- Use of beer puller and coffee machine.
- Setting up events and groups.
- Follow-up of the HACCP system.
- Cleaning of the room and utensils, waste management according to established protocols.
- Cleaning and organisation of material with dishwasher hood.
