You'll own a set of features inside a product area and work with a Senior Product Manager while you learn the business. Our teams cover trading and execution (order routing, settlement, corporate actions), tax-efficient investing and pensions (ISAs, SIPPs and German pension accounts), crypto, and client accounts and payments (onboarding, client money, cards and FX). Prioritise your features with your manager, from client needs, product data and commercial goals Read the regulation, the API documentation and the operational process yourself, and bring a position to your Senior PM before Legal and Compliance review it Write the spec: client journey, business rules, data, integrations and acceptance criteria, detailed enough to build and test from Carry your decisions through delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance and Operations, with senior support when you need it Take your features through testing and launch, then run them: monitoring, client feedback, the numbers, the next improvement Enough technical understanding to read documentation, follow a data flow and reason about system behaviour with engineers Your own numbers: you query the data yourself and can explain every figure you quote Real ownership from day one: your features, your spec, your launch, with a Senior Product Manager behind you All personal data of applicants is protected by law and treated with strict confidentiality.
