* Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments
* Coordinate with the external payroll partner and ensure data is submitted accurately and on time
* Oversee and communicate social security movements, including hires, terminations, and contract changes
* Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity
* Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters
* Ensure HR processes comply with local labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements
* Manage right-to-work verification and visa or residency status for international employees
* Administer employee benefits and serve as the primary contact for benefit vendors
* Support annual salary and bonus reviews
* Lead the administrative side of onboarding and ensure new hires have the necessary documentation from day one
* Manage offboarding, including exit documentation, settlements, and equipment retrieval
* Respond to employee inquiries about payslips, taxes, and leave management, including vacation, sick, maternity, and paternity leave
* Administer diversity and inclusion initiatives and ensure compliance with mandatory legal standards




* Monitor and report workplace diversity metrics to ensure statutory requirements are met
* Maintain D&I; and equality documentation and records
* Maintain a comprehensive database of hires, terminations, salaries, and employee changes
* Prepare monthly and annual reports on turnover, absenteeism, headcount growth, and other key HR metrics
* Use HR data to identify trends, improve department efficiency, and support data-driven decisions
* Coordinate with the Jira team to adapt the platform to HR needs, particularly workflow automation

* Advanced knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll procedures
