What You’ll Do As Lead Product Designer, you will functionally own the product experience and act as a strategic partner within the Product organization. Experience Direction
* Define clear and actionable product design principles.
* Design systems, not just screens.
* Bring coherence to information architecture in a complex, calculation-heavy domain.
* Transform dense numerical logic into intuitive and engaging experiences.
* Lead structural redesigns when necessary.

* Translate business strategy into clear, tangible product experiences. AI as a Core Layer of the Product
* Design how AI lives within core workflows.
* Use AI to reduce cognitive load and simplify complex processes.
* Integrate AI into simulations, decision-making, and configuration flows.
* Define thoughtful interaction patterns for intelligent systems.
