What you'll do
Lead architectural project development from concept through construction, ensuring technical coherence, buildability, and cost control at every stage. Review and validate project documentation to guarantee accuracy, and consistency. Align technical decisions with budget parameters, maintaining control over cost-impacting design choices. Evaluate and integrate advanced systems, materials, and technologies that provide added value and competitive advantage to projects. Liaise with local manufacturers and suppliers to assess, specify, and incorporate appropriate construction systems.



Conduct internal technical reviews and quality assurance processes across all project stages. Degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture with * years of professional experience. Proficiency in BIM-based environments and software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and collaborative platforms. Demonstrated expertise in the development of construction details and technical solutions for complex projects. Experience in construction phase supervision, including site visits and issue resolution. Proven experience delivering projects for or in Spain, with knowledge of Spanish building regulations and standards (CTE, LOE, EHE). English proficiency is also required.
