Conducting telephone consultations (inbound calls) to advise and sell our high-quality commercial kitchen technology products to our German key existing and new customers (hotels, restaurants, and small businesses)Proactively advising and selling our products and product bundles through outbound callsCreating individual offers, including clarifying details such as availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teamsTracking customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completionBuilding and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up callsIdentifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for our customersActively contributing to the continuous improvement of the inbound process by sharing expertise and introducing innovative ideasYou've gotExperience in sales , ideally in a telephone-based roleExperience in and with the corresponding equipment/products in the HoReCa sectorStrong communication skills and the ability to present yourself in a friendly and professional manner over the phoneYou are a team player and enjoy contributing your ideas to continuously optimize customer serviceAffinity for the gastronomy industry and an interest in technical solutions are advantageousNative-level proficiency in German and good English skills and Dutch a plusMust have EU work visa.
