Role Overview:

As a Google Ads Sales Specialist, you will guide newly acquired advertisers through the onboarding process, helping them establish their accounts and develop effective advertising strategies. You will work directly with clients to understand their objectives, recommend suitable advertising solutions, and support campaign creation, launch, and optimization. Your focus will be on driving campaign performance, increasing client investment, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of newly acquired advertisers, ensuring successful onboarding, account setup, and campaign activation.
- Understand clients’ business goals, target audiences, and challenges to recommend relevant advertising solutions.
- Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and Google Ads campaigns according to client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email communication.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Identify opportunities for upselling, increasing advertising budgets, and expanding clients’ use of available solutions.
- Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve advertising effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and deliver high-quality client support.
- Keep up to date with digital advertising trends, Google Ads features, industry developments, and new advertising technologies.
- Support long-term client success by delivering tailored advice, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending performance-driven strategies.

Requirements:

- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
- Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
- Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
