About The Role
The Talent Acquisition team at Verisure is part of Group Talent, HR, and works as a trusted Talent Partner to international stakeholders. We are a team of experts specializing in attracting top talent across IT, R&D;, Cybersecurity, Central QA, and PMO. With locations in Madrid, Malmö (Sweden), and Geneva (Switzerland), we focus on delivering high-quality international recruitment for Group Functions and Technology.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to align on recruitment needs and strategies.
Collaborate on international, cross-functional HR projects to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding.
Leverage technology and data?Required Qualifications1–3 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a complex and international organization.
Proficient English level (C1–C2). Skills Considered a PlusExperience with HR platforms such as Workday or Phenom.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience working with data, including analysis and reporting.
Experience in recruitment for Cybersecurity, R&D;, or other technology fields.
