Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Software Engineering Manager to lead the AdvanCloud platform team at Keonn. AdvanCloud is our core cloud product: a mission-critical SaaS platform that powers real-time RFID data processing, inventory management, and retail analytics for global enterprise customers.
In this role, you will help shape the technical direction of the platform, guide a multidisciplinary engineering team, and work closely with product and business stakeholders to turn ideas into scalable, high-quality software solutions. Main TasksDrive the technical direction of the AdvanCloud platform, with a strong focus on software architecture and cloud-native solutions.
Manage team of SW engineers developing Cloud platform. Support Agile delivery processes and keep the team aligned, focused, and productive.
Oversee cloud infrastructure in AWS, including deployment processes, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.
We ExpectBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.5+ years of experience in software team management. Leading Cloud platform development is an advantage.
Strong background in software architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS,



and modern backend development.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficient level of English; Catalan or Spanish is aplus.
Eligible to work legally in Spain (permanent residency or holding a work permit).
