About us
We are Gabriela Coll Garments, a fashion brand founded in Barcelona in ****. We make them in our Barcelona studio and with local workshops, with real care for fabric and craft.
We also sell to private clients and through our online store. We're a team of 10, starting a new stage in which we want to grow our international presence.
The roleOur clients are at the heart of the brand, and every relationship is built season after season. You'll own our wholesale and retail sales and be the main point of contact for our international clients. You'll work hand in hand with Gabriela and closely with design, production and the studio.
Wholesale and clientsManage wholesale accounts from campaign preparation to order and delivery follow-up, keeping close, thoughtful communication with every client.
Campaigns, showrooms and fairsPrepare and coordinate sales campaigns, showroom appointments, fairs and pop-ups (Paris, New York and beyond). Prepare sales materials, presentations and line sheets.
Take part in shootings, showrooms and other key moments for the brand.




Orders and operationsKeep commercial information and order tracking up to date in Excel, Shopify and Zedonk.
Issue sales invoices and coordinate payment follow-up with our accounting team.
Coordinate with production and logistics so information and timings stay aligned.
About youReal sales experience in fashion or luxury (wholesale, retail or both) where product and client relationships truly matter.
Experience in international wholesale and B2B account management.
Excellent English. Comfortable with Shopify, Excel and order management systems (Zedonk or similar). A natural, confident presence, a real sensitivity for product and image, and discretion in the way you represent the brand.
