We are looking for a Sales Associate (30hrs/week) for our store in Madrid, a passionate, inspiring, and highly driven individual who embodies our values.
Your Role & ImpactClient & Business DevelopmentProvide exceptional and personalized customer service, ensuring every client has a positive and memorable shopping experience aligned with brand standardsCultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients implementing CRM strategies to drive loyalty and repurchase behaviorStore OperationsSupport the store's daily operations, including opening and closing, inventory receiving and transfers, and stock organizationEnsure the store is always impeccably presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelinesStay informed on product knowledge,



seasonal launches, brand stories, and actively share insights with customers and teammatesContribute to achieve sales goals and KPIsProvide feedback to the Store Manager on client behavior, bestsellers, slow movers, and product opportunitiesSupport the planning and execution of in-store events or activations to introduce new customers to the Ma Chérie universeRequirementsMinimum of 2 or 3 years of experience in retail or boutique sales, ideally in wellness or cosmeticsStrong empathy and communication skills with a natural ability to inspireFluent in English and SpanishExcellent communication, organizational and time-management skillsDeep focus on client service excellencePassion for wellness, beauty and sustainability retailWhat
