Experteer Overview In this role you drive the integration of IT solutions across business functions and lead cutover activities for UNIFY deployments in Europe. You will coordinate a cross-functional squad within Schneider Digital, ensuring seamless IT go-live operations and post-launch support. You’ll manage governance, risk, and stakeholder communication to keep digital projects on track. • Lead IT squad and coordinate Digital stakeholders, including experts from the DTC
• Be accountable for Digital/IT deliverables (integration, configurations, SIT, EDI, infrastructure) aligned with program methodology
• Participate in squad and wave governance, manage risks, report progress to Digital management
• Ensure successful go-live operations, hypercare, and transition to Run




• Drive IT issue resolution and coordinate cross-stakeholder communication and KPIs
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial and collaborative leadership in digital projects Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in Digital projects and cutover activities
• SAP deployment methodologies and functional integration
• Functional management and leadership experience
• Strong SAP/S/4HANA experience and integration/ERP focus
• Proven ERP cutover leadership and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written; able to convey technical info to non-technical users
