Job Description
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of Accounts Payable activities for Spain and Portugal.
Responsibilities:
•Responsibility for Accounts Payable processes for Spain and Portugal.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities for PSA BDP.
• Checking incoming invoices, cooperation with PSA BDP Operations.
• Communication with vendors, PSA BDP entities and staff, etc.
• Booking of settlements and payments.
• Manage AP tasks independently and follow up issues to closure.
• Other tasks to support Finance functions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Key Performance Indicators as determined globally and locally. Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements
• Education in accounting, finance or business administration. •Minimum 2 years of experience •Good English communication
skills:
both oral and written (minimum B2 level) •Good MS Excel skills
