AstraZeneca seeks a Product Owner to lead the agentic AI platform and enterprise interfaces layer for R&D.; Responsibilities include owning the platform roadmap, skills library, data connectors, governance workflows, user onboarding, and usage metrics across a fast-moving, technical product serving internal scientists and clinicians.

Responsibilities

- Own platform roadmap, backlog, and release priorities; write product requirements and acceptance criteria
- Manage skills library and marketplace: intake, quality review, publication, and retirement processes
- Define data access governance with security and data owners; track security findings to closure
- Run user and group onboarding, seat allocation, and weekly access request reviews
- Own usage, cost, and value metrics; report outcomes and contribute to planning with cost visibility





Requirements

- 5+ years as product owner or manager for technical, data, API, or developer platforms
- Experience with LLM applications or agentic systems, including skills and connector management
- Working knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, and ideally Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Track record managing user access, onboarding, and support for enterprise tools
- Understanding of information security and data governance in regulated environments
- Ability to track usage and cost for cloud or AI services and inform product decisions
- Proven skill prioritizing requests and communicating trade-offs clearly
