Key Responsibilities




* Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services to support projects nationwide, including those in Oviedo.
* Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers and subcontractors, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
* Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to secure the most favorable contracts and cost savings.
* Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including tendering, contract administration, and performance monitoring.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements in procurement activities.
* Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and finance teams to understand project needs and ensure alignment of procurement activities.
* Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
* Develop and maintain a robust database of suppliers and contract information.
* Prepare procurement reports, analyses, and forecasts for senior management. Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering,



or a related field; an MBA or Master's in a relevant discipline is a plus.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
* Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing high-value procurement portfolios.
* In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management principles, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems.
* Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams and influence stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and effectively manage workload in a remote setting.
