Role Summary

The Provider Contracting Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of healthcare provider agreements across Eastern European markets.

The role combines provider contracting, commercial analysis, network development, and provider relationship management. The Senior Analyst will work closely with Network management leadership and internal stakeholders to strengthen network coverage, improve commercial terms, support cashless/direct access for members, and ensure provider agreements are accurately implemented and maintained.

The position requires a strong analytical mindset, commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively across multiple countries,



healthcare systems, and stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

Provider Contracting & Negotiation

Manage provider contracting activities across assigned Eastern European markets, from initial provider engagement through negotiation, execution, and implementation. Support and, where appropriate, independently lead negotiations with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, physician groups, and other healthcare providers. Review and negotiate commercial terms including tariffs, discounts,
