How You'll Make An ImpactDefine and maintain overall cybersecurity architectural framework for products and solutionsEstablish and maintain cybersecurity principles, standards, guardrails, reference architectures, and secure development practices aligned with industry standards.
Facilitate cybersecurity architecture and design reviews,



ensuring alignment with secure-by-design principles and organizational security objectives.
Provide cybersecurity guidance on design and implementation to product development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity requirements into product roadmaps, development processes, and engineering practices.
Provide cybersecurity expertise and advisory support throughout customer projects, from proposal and design phases through implementation and delivery.
Support cybersecurity certification, compliance, and assessment activities, including alignment with ISA/IEC *, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), NIS2, and other applicable requirements.
What You BringAn academic degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in cybersecurity, product security, or OT cybersecurity in an architect, lead specialist, or similar role.
Excellent technical security knowledge based on cybersecurity standards and good practices.
Experience with widely recognized OT cybersecurity standards, including ISA/IEC *, NIST SP **, and ISO *.
Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and security architecture reviews.
Experience with SCADA systems, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and industrial communication networks.
Knowledge of cloud security principles and architecture.
Understanding of AI-driven cybersecurity, including the use of AI in both offensive and defensive security contexts,



and its implications for product security, threat detection, and secure system architecture.
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, or ISA/IEC * Cybersecurity Expert.
Knowledge of security and enterprise architecture frameworks such as SABSA and TOGAF.
Experience with software supply chain security, SBOM governance, and vulnerability management processes.
