As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide expert first and second-line technical support for our crane business lines.
By routing important inquiries, conducting root cause analyses, and acting as a subject matter expert in development projects, you will ensure our customers receive top-tier technical assistance while driving continuous product improvement.

Key responsibilities
Receive, track, and resolve technical claims, tickets, and inquiries regarding loader heavy and superheavy cranes, parts, and accessories Provide on-site field support, perform technical audits, and conduct field investigations within your area of expertise Establish detailed problem reports, facilitate cross-functional root cause analyses,



and manage the Product Life Cycle (PLC) support process Act as the communication bridge by ensuring efficient feedback loops between customers, R proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a strong advantage Customer-focused, highly communicative team player willing to travel up to * days per year.
