Job Overview
We are currently seeking talented professionals to join our team as Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for Dyson in Greece. This is a unique opportunity to represent a integral leader in the consumer electronics industry, providing world-class technical support and high-end customer service to a diverse Dutch-speaking clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert support to customers regarding Dyson's premium range of consumer electronics, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and hair care technology
Troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure total customer satisfaction with Dyson's innovative products
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends within the consumer electronics sector to provide relevant product guidance
Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, including voice, email, and chat,



with a focus on professional, high-end communication
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by serving as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for Dyson
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance and common customer challenges to improve the user experience
Achieve individual and team-based KPIs in line with premium service standards
Requirements
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Excellent command of the English language for international team collaboration
Valid EU passport or valid Greek work permit required for all applicants
Strong passion for technology and consumer electronics, with a customer-centric mindset
Ability to work remotely from within Greece while maintaining a high standard of professional productivity
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
